How to Reset to Original Settings on Video Theme

I can’t figure out how to reset to the original settings on the video theme. I’ve previously used the coupon theme, and there was a button for me to reset and install all of the content from a common pre-filled posts and listings. Is there a way to do that with the video theme?

Also, is there a step by step video to show the configuration? this one in particular is very hard to use. thanks!
