Cannot get the store page to show either the small or big description

Hi,
I can’t seem to get the single store page to match the elementor design for the page. It should have the store description on the right hand side. I’ve tried everything but it still doesn’t show the right hand side descriptions. Any ideas?

I’ve attached a screenshot of what my elementor template for store looks like (bottom image) and what i actually get (top).
