Need Only PRINT Option

Hi there,

I would like to have only PRINT option for coupons on our site. How can I achieve that? I have tried all the suggestions on the forum. But nothing seems to be working. Here is what I have done :

Here is the setup I have from Admin side :
1. Theme Setup >> Coupon Settings >> Coupon Button Type >> Click To Open (Other options are…Click to Reveal & Click to copy. There is NO ‘Click to Print’ option).
2. Disable Default Fields SET to OFF
3. Coupon Manager >>Listing Details>>Coupon Theme Extras>>Coupon Type SET to Printable Coupon (but reverts back to ‘Website Coupon’)
4. Coupon Manager >>Listing Details>>Coupon Theme Extras>>Select SET to PRINT COUPON

Setup I have from User side when coupon was created :
1. Dashboard >> Create Listing >> Add Listing >>Listing Details>>Type >>PRINT COUPON
2. Dashboard >> Create Listing >> Add Listing >>Listing Details>>Select >>PRINT COUPON.
