Upgrading questions

Hello,

I’m still working with the old coupon theme, but I’m afraid to upgrade. I have a few questions about it:

* At this moment I have a custom lay-out (vakantieplatform.com). Can I keep it in the new version?
* There is an import tool that I need to use, does that mean that all my data has to be copied? So I’ll have twice a large database as now? Because I have a lot of coupons and also a lot of pictures …
