Migration 100K+ PHPLD Websites to Premiumpress Directory Theme

I’m working on migrating approx 16 websites from PHPLD to Directory Theme

The sites range from 40K – 200K of directory listings.

I’ve tried the import plugin
The Import DB times out due to the volume of records trying to be imported (No Error just white page for hours).

I can import the PLD_LINK table into Directory Theme however the categories don’t work.

Has anyone have any success doing this using PHPLD 4.2.2 and the Latest Directory Theme?
