Coupons

Hi everyone

On my website I do not charge a listing fee I just charge a percentage of the sale price. I’m wondering is it possible if I can use the coupon function to offer savings on what the seller is charged?? Iv turned on the coupon function and created a coupon but I cannot seem to find were a user would add a coupon code when adding a listing.

If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks
