Page builder – I can't add a link??????

Hi forum posters.

I would seriously like to know, how do I add a link to an image, so it opens in a new tab also, as I can’t seem to for the life of me add a hyperlink to an image? This being through the page builder, then adding an image icon/block and trying to edit the links. It doesn’t allow me to edit the input field.

What’s the go here?

I paid my dime for this functioning theme, could I get some assistance on these forums?
