Category Price add on are not included in total payment

I have price variances per category.
If I use the Listing enhancements display (on the listing setup page), I get a total price displayed but once user picks their category, the total price does not reflect the category add on.

If I turn off the listing enhancements display the user never sees his total price either until pay time.

Would be best if a user can see their listing total price (including category add on), while creating the listing.
