Submission Limited Reached Issue – Auction

We noticed none of our 197 users were adding listings and could not understand why.

We emailed the group and 3 people replied stating they always got a “Submission Limited Reached” error when trying to add a new listing.

We tested it with our two test users and got the same error, even though none of out tests had added a listing.

We then REMOVED the two listing packages and now ONLY offer three flat memberships.
– 1 free guest account with 0 listings and 365 day access
– 1 personal account with 6 listings and 365 days access
– 1 paid with 50 listings and 365 days access

All state the same error “Submission Limit Reached” this was not an issue before updating a few months ago to 8.9.6.

Any thoughts?
