Question on responsive coupon theme

Hi,
Just bought the responsive coupon theme(version 4.4) and tried it, overall is good. I have 2 questions:
1. I installed it in wordpress 3.6, but I did not see the image show up(always show NO IMAGE), I don’t know why. maybe this is version not imcompatible with wordpress, does responsive coupon theme(version 4.4) support wordpress 3.6? or I need to downgrade to wordpresss 3.5.2?
2. I would like to use icodes, does anyone use it? does it work? does it support the auto coupon update? Icodes charges $50 per month for the datafeed, I would like know before I pay them $50.
