Simple configuration of packages versus memberships, but I'm lost.

How can we achieve the following, in the beginning we thought it was a very simple setup process but now are completely lost in the listing package and membership packages.

We want to charge users to add a listing (1) and have the options for dealers to buy a package so they can submit up to eg 30 cars.

So we started with the option of listing packages, edited the 4 standard sets to be
Set1,Set2,Set3,Set4 , each having a little bit more options and having a price in the range of 0-100 euro. Then noticed when adding a listing they don’t have the option to add multiple listings.

So then had to go for the membership packages to create 4 memberships, to start simple we create 1 for each set. Enabled this option, but then noticed on the registration page we still see the 4 listing packages, and beneath them the new memberships.

These last ones only have a button pay now. To us this is very confusion, how do we hide the listing package since these should nog be there when you go for the memberships route. And how can we change the “pay now” button so users go the the place listing page.

Also on the place listing page we again see the option to select the listing packages, when they choose a member ship already why do they then get the option to select a listing package ?
