fullscreen video play for home page

hi how can i add a video (using premiumpress page builder) full screen. the existing video option lets me add the video from youtube/vimeo but it stays inside the page margin. for demo of what i mean: https://www.codesynthesis.co.uk/blog/demo/html5videoresponsive
is it possible to achive on page builder. i can do this on metaslider but not sure it would work on premiumpress theme. the image slider plugin here is similar to metaslide but it also does not go full screen in case of images as well. however, i am more interested on video, please let me know how i can do this on car delear theme.
