    Can Auction theme handle A Project Bid?
    The idea is that The Lowest Bidder is The Winner.

    For Example:

    A Project (Let say A House to Build) has a budget (The Reserve Price) at USD 10,000.00. The Lister (House Owner) would like to give this project to the lowest bidder. Let’s say A Contractor offer USD 9,000.00 to build his/her house with the specification mentioned in the item.

    Can this be done with Auction Theme?
