Who bought an Ad? I have ads turned off.

I got an admin email saying somebody bought an ad. But they attributed that somebody to *my* username and I know it wasn’t me.
When I look in the Orders at the receipt, it doesn’t tell me who actually bought an ad, or what kind of ad it was. It just says “1x Ad Payment #929 $2.00 ”
When I look at PayPal, there was no payment made.
Under Premium Press > Advertising – There are no ads are enabled.
