Using stores

How can I allow users to create store accounts? When someone add a coupon how can he attach a store? I can see in add coupon page a category select, but I can’t see store select.

I would like create different type of accounts users and stores. This way they could have some fields in their store profile and they wouldn’t have to write it again (Company, Address, City, etc…) to add a new coupon.

There is any way to do something similar?
