using custom user registration fields data

Hi,
my user fill in some address data during registration.
Now I want show the user during the paying process his stored address data for the invoice.
E.g. the order-id is possible to show like this: ‘.$GLOBALS[‘orderid’].’ -> it works.
But how could I show some the data from his profil site – e.g. street, city …

This is not working:
‘.$userdata->street.’
‘.$GLOBALS[‘street’].’
