    Users upload profile photos via Dashboard. This profile image can be huge and is used as user avatar in comments, rating, bbpress etc …

    For ex: If a user uploads 2048px photo and writes a review, css will resize it to a 42px avatar. This huge image needs to be downloaded each time. Therefore it would be better to generate a smaller size of profile photos.(?)

    In v8 an outdated plugin (userphoto) did this. Any ideas for v9?
