Urgent – Site is Gone, Poof Vanished!

Mark please help. While I was in the middle of uploading a child theme, my system froze and subsequently shut down. Now when I go via the normal route to login, wp-admin, there is nothing there, a blank screen. I seem to recall another login option you gave me in the past although I dont remember anything about it yikes!! Can you help me please?
