    Hi Mark,
    Probably not the ideal topic in open forum discussion however, I was under the impression that Richard was going to help me with my installation issues and for one reason or another that has yet to happen. He has not replied to numerous emails and I must move on. Please help me get this mess sorted out and offer an alternative perhaps?
