the user can't bid 2 times sequentially means if the user has submitted his bid

Hi,
We are using your premiumpress theme (auction theme) in our auction website and we almost finish but we need some customizations :

1 – the user can’t bid 2 times sequentially means if the user has submitted his bid he should wait till some other user bid then he will be able to bid again..

2 – The method of controlling the amount difference between each bid
