"Terms and Conditions" plugin Possible "Check Box" conflict

I’m using the “Terms and Conditions” plugin.
In setting up custom fields for listings, I used “Check Box” for a submission field.

The apparent result is that when combined with the “Terms and Conditions” plugin, checking a custom field submission check box causes the “Terms and Conditions” check box to be bypassed and the user is able to “Save” the listing without checking the “Terms and Conditions” check box.

The solution I found was simply changing the custom field submission from “Check Box” to “Radio Button”. It now works properly. Now the user has to check the “Terms and Conditions” check box to save the listing.

If anyone else has this issue check your submission fields for conflicts.
