Strange CSS Problem

Hello. Just putting the finishing touches on the Directory site and ran across two strange text color problems. The first one is the Listing Title text which is dark, red I think, even though all block titles are white. The chrome inspector says it’s #fff but it’s not. here’s the link

The other problem is similar and maybe related. I placed a text widget in my left footer and the text is red, the bullets are white. Should be white.Other widgets display white in the other footer columns. Inspector says the text is white, just like above. What gives? Any ideas?
