Spacing & Centering Menu Bar

So, in 7.1.4 I had been given some CSS code to space and center my menu bar but it doesn’t seem to work for the new responsive theme (Real Estate). Can anyone point me in the right direction, I have used “inspect element” in Chrome but nothing seems to catch my eye to get it down.

Also in the footer I have noticed that I can’t get my copyright and disclaimer to span the entire bottom as it appears to be two maybe three columns is there any way to get it to span the entire bottom of my page?
