    A Little while ago I created a sales related Support ticket.
    Had trouble buying Shopper Press, or is it called Shopping cart now and or is there two different products?

    I created a ticket but can not log in to Support center to check any reply or progress to my Support ticket with my a/c email or password, I get an error saying invalid and or incorrect password.
    This is assuming that this is where you are supposed to check on the progress of a support ticket number?
