Safe to Update WordPress 3.9

    Is it safe to update WP 3.9 for both CouponPress non-responsive theme and coupon responsive theme? Is there any issue after upgrade WordPress on both themes? I am using both themes on 2 different web sites.

    Currently i am using WP 3.8.3 on both web sites.
