Responsive not responsive – since 6.5?

    So I am scratching my head since upgrading from 6.3 to 6.5x (currently 6.5.2) I have noticed that when viewing my test site it is not “responsive” and images are not resizing.

    See the top image on this page, nothing has changed on this page except all the theme updates to 6.5.2.

    And what is with the gap above the header?
