Responsive Framework 4.2 Update

Hi Guys

I have updated the responsive themes to version 4.2. You can download the latestc opy as usual via the members area.

Changes include;

added FFMPEG support
reworked entire image upload system, now supports all types and displays in gallery format
added delete button for display image
updated hit counter system
removed admin clean up tool to save confusion
added core fix for old theme upgrades using ‘image’ and ‘images’
fixed bbc email issue
added option to turn off the default registration email
updated membership payment display for full paid packages
added update to set custom sticker of selected instead of default ‘featured’ one.
