Remove Directory theme homepage Premium Leaderboard ads

Hi,
I want to sell ad space on my directory listing website. However, the Premium Leaderboard spoils the look of the homepage when activated ( it shows near the footer of the page ). Using Editor, which file should I look for and the area of code to remove to allow it to show throughout the site but not the first page, any help on this matter would be appreciated.
