Recent Terms and Conditions issue.

Using Realestate 6.6.7 Newwave child theme and WP 4.0

The terms and conditions plugin work great on the login pages. However on the submit listing page is where the issue occurs.

Filling out the complete add listing form goes well until you get to the check box for accepting Terms and conditions. It is already “Blue” and if clicked saves the listing

The last item entry in the Add Listing area is the map location, prior to clicking the check box.

If you check the box the button turns grey and will not save the listing.
