Please help – fatal error after upgrading themes across network

Hi guys,

I have 3 responsive themes installed on my network – VT is the main site, followed by ST and DT as sub-sites.

After upgrading all PP themes at the same time via WP Network Admin, I received an error for both the Video and Directory sub-sites:

They both appear to be the same error so I hope its nothing major.

The shop directory is running fine, so that may help isolate what the issue is.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to troubleshoot this? All plugins have been disabled, no difference.
