package page

ok. this is how it goes…
A user logs in and wants to submit an auction. Then clicks on submit page and the page with packages appears. The user selects the package and submits the auction. After that if the user wants to submit an another auction, automatically the same package is selected and doesn’t give the user a chance to choose again a new package. Also i want that you can always look at the package page in an external link. Is this a bug or coded? Can this be changed? I want that each auction has a package.
For example, a user will be able to have 3 free auctions, 3 silver and 2 gold auctions.
Can this be done?
