I am in the NYC real estate market. I manage adwords campaigns and local seo. Clients rank at top in extremely competitive market.

Now I’m working on a blog with directory called uniquespacesnyc.com . I’m looking for a business model, how to approach clients, how to get this idea started, how do i get potential client content without asking. I have used directory press and know it somewhat well. I am going after niche markets like furnished offices, daily offices, meeting rooms, wine storage, art storage, wedding places in nyc, Just looking for ideas to get started. Any suggestions or resources appreciated.
