New update issues

I am having trouble with the Contact Author form sending the Author an email as well as Admin emails going to new members and myself.

This is after turning off all plugins and then one by one to see if there is an issue.

I do have a number of plugins.

I need help to get the email system working again.

Also, do you know if the following plugins work with the responsive video theme?

optimize press plug-in
revolution slider
testimonials

If anyone wishes to help to get this working smoothly and some minor plug-in or coding customization for my child theme, I would offer to do a marketing consulting call for 1 hour to brainstorm to give them ideas to generate more sales for their site or client’s side from a marketing and sales perspective.
