Need advice

Hi,

I wanted to start a competitions directory type site
some of the established sites in this niche are theprizefinder.com or ukcompetitions.com.

what script would be ideal for this type of sites?

none of the established sites create a unique page for the listings, basically they just display it under a specific category and i believe they expire when the competition ends.

all suggestions are welcome.
