Membership Questions

I am having trouble deleting 2 memberships, there is no more delete button, this happened after the most recent update for the Responsive Video Theme. Can someone guide me to delete them?

Also, when a member signs in, it is a blank page. Are there instructions to set up a membership area or is that automatic? What is supposed to be there? Do I have to put in content? I thought if you put in a membership package, doesn’t it set up an area for the member to then go in and put in content like add a listing?
