Listing layout – standard fields

Hi guys,

i have recently started working on the directorypress theme. I would like to create lists of schools and teachers. Therefore, I want them to fill in a standard form with customized fields I will create and not to give a title and description of what they do. Also, when listed I do not need an image within the listing.
I am not very familiar in using html and editing files and I would prefer to do it in dashboard, but I will appreciate any answer.
