Listing Issues

I would like to remove the description box under new listings and also change the “title” to company name.
I see that it could be done under “theme setup” from reading in previous post..

I do not see “themesetup” as any option under WP-ADMIN.
I also want to change the the review selections (Quality, Price, Value for Money, Overall)

I am not a coder, but I have been able to slightly adjust code in previous websites that I built. If someone can tell me where to go, I would greatly appreciate it.. I think I can do most of what I need to do if I know where to go.

I tried researching this, but the forum post were old and the admin interface has changed since then.
