Is this a community support forum?

is this a community support forum…??? I paid for my theme…I could have just gone a downloaded a “free” version floating around…but I paid for it so I could get the support I needed…

But I can’t access any of the answers in the forum…this is stupid!

I have spent the better part of a day just trying to find an answer to 1 question …the answer is in the forum…but I can’t see it…I can’t even see my asking for help…
