How to set expiry date accordingly a particular region time?

i set a expiry date and it shows remaining months then weeks then days and in the end remaining hours. my problem is that remaining hours displaying are not accordingly my region.
for example:
if in particular region there are 10 hours left to coupon expire of that particular day but it is showing 6 hours left to expire of coupon.
