    Trying to upgrade to VIP Yesterday and Today,
    Please would you mind answering Ticket #HSW-406-45871
    when you have a moment. Also How do I get back to the Support ticket area, or log into it, from the Grey panel on the left. It says do not use member user and password, and no other log in name or password was shown whilst creating the Ticket, as the grey panel instructs.
