Export Import Options for custom fields

    Is there any option to export custom fields and import them again

    fucnctionality as, say, if i have 10 very common custom fields(Ex. city , country, phone etc) and if i want to replicate them in say 10 websites, it will take too much of time to create the same custom fields in every website. any other option to export them and import them again and again.
