Enabling (at least) carriage returns in Text Area custom fields

Within custom text area fields there is a basic need to be able to at least let the listing owner use the carriage return to break content up. I’ve added this as an ‘idea’: https://ideas.premiumpress.com/idea/enable-carriage-return-in-custom-text-areas/

If you want to do some tailoring with a Premium Press theme then you’re likely going to need to create one or more customer text areas. However, the lack of even a basic carriage return feature makes it limited in its usability (i.e. to just a couple of lines of text).

The feature request? Improve the editing ability in text areas to at least include carriage returns!
