Email Subscription

Hello,

i have been playing around with the comparison theme for a couple of days now,

My questions are;
1. when someone subscribe’s the subcription option does not dissapear.
2. Is there a page that i can link for unsubscribe and a thank you ?
3. What is the best set up for the comparison theme as example,1 ( users can rate and comment on listings but dont need to create account and People with webshop can register for listing options as payed package and member package?
4 or example 2 ( users can rate and comment and ceate payed or free account? with that they also have the option to add listings. but that is strange?

Maby people with longer experience can help me to set it up straight so that it seems clear for both parties.

5. Where can i find a dutch language for uploading or a plugin that allows English And Dutch transalation.
