Dealing with Expired Listings

It would be good if there was an options to set expired listings to remain as a page, however removed from the listing/browsing pages so it cannot be navigated too.

At the moment these pages get deleted which then gives 404 errors, however if the page could remain and then the contact button and website link perhaps become disabled then that could work well, and they are not included in the listing pages.

If they also wish to renew at a later point all their details are still there.

Could this be included?
