CSV import tool character problem

Hi,

I am having problem exporting CSV file of my coupons. When i export it, there is no problem. However when i open it with excel, there are some character problems especially for Turkish characters such as “ı”, “ğ”,”ç” so on. How can i overcome this situation?

Also When i add coupons to this file and try to import, I get following error.

“Identifier name ‘ID;post_author;post_date;post_content;post_title;post_excerpt;post_type;category;box_content_align;b’ is too long in your CSV file.”
