    Is it possible to copy a site with settings, content, images etc. to a new domain?

    I would like to have have one development installation and one production installation. I was thinking of making the setup and configuration in the development environment and then copy the hole setup to the production.

    Can I use a FTP client and copy some directory and folders? What is important to think about and which folder to copy in that case?
