Contact Form Module on Listing Page Question

When designing the Listing Page, I added the Contact Form because I assumed messages sent there would go to the User who the Listing belongs to. Does it? Is that was that module is for?
Do I, as Admin, get CC’d on messages sent to users?

Or is that wrong? Is it just a standard Contact The Website type form?
