Claim Listing didn't work

hi
my website is http://www.alamatbisnis.com i have try many times to make my “claim listing” button appear but it cannot appear

i have try to use this procedure
1. display settings > search/listing page > claim listing > show
2. login as admin and create 1 account name alamatbisnis with the emaill address info@alamatbisnis.com as Sitemanager and input around 40 listing in there but when login&logout as alamatbisnis it didn’t appear “claim listing”. how to make it appear to public so people can claim the listing?

3. i even change the userrole of alamatbisnis from sitemanager to client/website user also didn’t work

note : i’m using wordpress 3.7 + Directory Press 7.1.4 Template : Clean Directory (Blue)

i just have simple questions
1. how to make it appear to public? so people can claim the listing? i need it appear to public.
2. what if the listing dont have email address which means it’s being input by admin and we will let other people to claim by submit to admin. how is the procedure on that?
