Changing Text in core files?

So I had to change a few text inputs from the listings entry on the backend of my v7 setup and looks like I will need to do the same thing with v4.2 of the responsive themes.

the attached photo shows the two drop down boxes from a listing that I need to edit as they are NOT in the language file.

Any help would be appreciated as to which php file I need to look for these entries in.
