Change "Upgrade Options" title to "Other Options"

This Title confilcts with what items show in the “Upgrade Options” window when editing your listing within the site. Here is an example of Listing Packages available for a chosen listing package. You have set up listing packages for 30 days, 60-90-180-1year and 2 year. Your client has chosen a paid listing package for 1 year. If your client wishes to edit their listing, the first drop down selection window at top of page uses a title for this window called “Upgrade Options”. The drop down shows “down-grade options” as well as “upgrade options” where the client can choose a shorter period of time. We would hope that the client’s available choices would show upgrades from his chosen package and not downgrades. If they wish to downgrade, then once the package is about to expire or has expired, they can choose a shorter period of time at a lower cost as if they are placing a new ad, but not to show as an “Upgrade Option”.
